Hartford Mill, Copeland
This project is in Copeland dated back to the early 1900's and was been completed in 2 stages. The mill was demolished mechanically using our 28m 460 Hitachi High Reach with the chimney being demolished by our explosives team.
HSBC Direct, Carlisle
This project consisted of the soft strip and the demolition of the internal walls of a former HSBC office block in Carlisle. In total the project took 7 weeks from start to finish. Leaving the building gutted ready for the refurbishment to begin.
Flintshire County
Hall, Mold
This project was completed in 2020 and required our specialsit team to travel to Wales. It consisted of three prefabricated concrete office blocks each 5 stories high. In order to complete the project we had to use our 28m high reach and 3 25 ton excavators. The asbestos removal, soft strip and demolition was all completed in house.
Asbestos Removal, Barrow-in-Furness
This project was a fully licenced asbestos removal on a disused ship in Barrow-in-Furness. The project was completed in 2 weeks and was undertaken by our sister company Carlisle Asbestos Removal as they hold a full three year licence granted by the HSE.
Carlisle Job Centre, Carlisle
Before this building became the Job Centre our strip out team was called in to rip out the former office fixtures, fittings, walls, mechanical and electrical equipment, ceilings and floor coverings. Both floors were completed in 7 days.
